Shipping and Returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER has the right to withdraw by rejecting the goods within 15 days from the date the product subject to the contract is delivered to him/her or to the person/organization at the address he/she has indicated. The product price is refunded to the BUYER within 10 days from the date the consumer's notice of withdrawal reaches the SELLER. (See Regulation on Distance Contracts, article 9/2) The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is covered by the BUYER.

We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within 15 days (thirty days) from the date of receipt of the goods or signing of the contract, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, and to take back the goods as of the date the notice of withdrawal reaches the SELLER or provider.
In order for the return procedures to be carried out in accordance with the general circular of the tax procedure law numbered 395, the relevant sections in the return form that we will send you must be filled in completely and sent back to us with the product after it is signed.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been deliberately damaged or deformed.

Return Procedure:

Bank account information will be requested from the Consumer and the payment will be made via money transfer or EFT to the account specified by the Consumer (the account must be in the name of the person at the billing address or in the name of the user member).
